State Leadership Team
The CFR State Leadership Team consists of Regional Coordinators, Pastors and SCBC Staff Members. Each members of the Leadership Team make up the Advisory Board for Carolina Faith Riders in South Carolina.

Dwight Mobley State Coordinator Dwight is the State Coordinator and Advisory Board Chairman for CFR. He and his wife Diane have been involved in outreach ministry for over 14 years. Pastor Gary Hanna Lower Savannah Regional Coordinator Gary has been the Pastor of Redd’s Branch Baptist Church in Aiken South Carolina for the past three years. Before that I served as an Itinerate Evangelist and as Pastor in churches in Barnwell, Lake City and Westminster SC. I am married to Debra and have two children Josh and Adrienne and her new husband Kyle. I received my Education from North Greenville University and Covington Theological Seminary. I have a Bachelor of Theology, Masters of Ministry in Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Theology. I also serve as a Professor at Covington Theological Seminary in Aiken. Motorcycles have always been a part of my life. The time I was a child I have had a fascination with bike. However a near death experience in 1981 took me away from bikes and it was not until four years ago that God restored this life that I enjoyed and had missed for way to many years. That is why I have dedicated my love for bikes and people who ride them to the service of the Lord. Tom "Big Daddy" Rogers CSRA/LOWER SAVANNAH REGIONAL COORDINATOR Bro. Rogers has served North Augusta DPS since 1977 in the duties of, Public Safety Officer, Patrol SGT., Investigator, SGT. Investigation/Special Operations; Special Deputy United States Marshall(Fugistive Apprehension Task Force). He now serves as DARE Officer, DARE Mentor, DARE Instructor Advisory Committee for DARE America. He is Past President and Past Executive Director with South Carolina DARE Association. Michael Smathers Midlands Regional Coordinator I am the associate Pastor of Beulah Baptist Church in Hopkins, SC. I have been an ordained minister/pastor for over 14 years, serving at 4 different churches. My wife, Jill, and I have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. I have been involved in 3 other motorcyclists ministries, and love the heart of CFR. I have seen an incredible desire of bikers wanting to love and serve one another and am proud to be a part of this exciting, fulfilling ministry. I not only have a great love of Jesus and motorcycling, but also enjoy skydiving. As a young man, I was a tournament fighter as a black belt in the AKA, but have long retired. I also was an avid soccer player, and became a NCAA Assessor of referees. I had the great privilege of officiating one of the matches during the Olympics when they were held in Atlanta. Currently, I run a recovery program out of Hopkins, SC. I often serve at DJJ and with homeless ministries.
